Your concern is that another company now has the recipient's name and address and your customers' e-mail address. This data is too valuable to share or risk losing altogether! Typically, fulfillment companies guarantee that you will continue to receive commissions for orders placed by the same consumer, if the order is placed within 90 days of the previous order. Now ask yourself, what happens on the 91st day?
With GMA, members maintain control through the entire process and consumer information remains proprietary. Consumers must enter your web address to access the site and all contact information references back to you. We even include your name on the recipient's card message. GMA's extensive gift selections; themed baskets, fresh flowers, blooming and tropical plants, boxed chocolates, fresh fruit, etc...eliminates the need for additional fulfillment companies.
All GMA orders are processed and download automatically; constant monitoring is not required. For your protection we use real-time credit authorization and transactions are fully secured. Your site will run on high capacity servers, and with multiple T-1 lines, connection should never be a problem. Both you and the sender receive a confirmation with every order placed. The sites are programmed specifically for direct shipments; shipping charges and arrival dates are carefully explained. We even provide the tracking number so consumers can trace their order from pickup to delivery.
